Dear Concessionaire

You are invited to apply for a vendor spot in the 2022 North American Sand Soccer Championships – the largest weekend beach soccer festival in the United States, held in Virginia Beach, VA. The event June 10-12, 2022 marks our 28th anniversary. We are expecting to host over 1,000 teams, 10,000 participants, and a weekend boardwalk attendance of over 200,000. Men’s & Women’s Pro Division beach soccer teams from around the world will compete for professional titles while amateur matches with players ages 8-adult will stretch along 25 blocks on over 60 sand fields. In addition to beach soccer, features will include musical entertainment as well as competitions in other sports such as Coed Beach Flag Football, Beach Volleyball, and Beach Field Hockey.

NASSC will again offer food vendor, retail, and marketing sites this year, strategically placed in high profile areas and offering a mix of product categories. You are invited to submit your application as a concessionaire at this top-rated beach festival.

To be considered for one of our selective vendor spots, you must submit an online application along with a $500 deposit. Online applications are expected to open February 1, 2022. The deadline to apply is April 17, 2022. All payments received will be processed. Any applications not accepted will receive a refund. Payments of fees does not constitute acceptance.

Vendors who fail to participate once accepted will not receive a refund.
