At the North American Sand Soccer Championships, we’re thrilled to include Sidekick Sports to our festival weekend. Sidekick Sports will bring the thrill of beach volleyball, beach kickball, flag football, beach field hockey, and more to the oceanfront, creating an electrifying atmosphere that embodies the spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie.
Collaborating with both local and national sand organizations, we aim to celebrate the vibrant and dynamic beach sports culture, uniting athletes and enthusiasts in an unforgettable weekend of sun, sand, and sporting excellence.

BEACH KICKBALL
Sand Kickball was new to NASSC in 2019. This version of the sport is played with a bigger ball that is easier to kick on the bumpy sand. You won’t have to worry about getting any turf burns or strawberries sliding into a base on the beach either. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and some “fun in the sun” check out sand kickball at our next tournament! Sand kickball is run by Club WAKA, a local adult sports league here in the Hampton Roads Area.
