Up from the depths comes the fearsome "Kraken", adding yet another NASSC tournament ball to his underwater lair collection.

Samples of the new graphic are included in packets being mailed to all accepted NASSC entries who desire to take advantage of early discounts. A wide variety of tournament T's and related gear will be available from Martin Screen Printing (MSP) at registration, and on-site at three festival locations. OBTW, the Kraken's name is "Phil"...and he's hungry...

The McDonald's NASSC is pleased, based on increasing requests from our "Legends", to offer Over-40 Men's & Over-40 Women's Divisions this year, should sufficient applications be received by the April 15th deadline. Get your team together and register online ASAP!

Our guest celebrity this year is none other than Ronald McDonald himself! Ronald will be on the scene throughout the tournament, with lots of chances for autographs and candid photos. Interested in a vendor spot at the 2013 McDonald’s NASSC- the largest weekend beach soccer festival in the United States, held in Virginia Beach, VA?!

Last year’s event included over 920 teams with 9,500 participants and over 75,000 spectators and beachgoers and was the site of the Pro-Beach U.S. National Men’s Finals in a 3,000 seat stadium located on the sand at 27th Street. This year’s festival, scheduled for June 7-9, will be between 14th Street and 37th Street and will feature events such as Beach Volleyball, North American Beach Wrestling Championships, Beach Lacrosse, Coed Beach Flag Football, and musical entertainment. The NASSC will again offer food vendor, retail and marketing sites this year, strategically placed in high profile areas ON THE SAND, offering a mix of product categories.
