F2 – WHAT TO DO WITH PRIOR RESERVATIONS NOW THAT THE 2020 EVENT DATES HAVE CHANGED

All reservations made for the original June dates through the EventConnect system will automatically be cancelled by EventConnect & you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

You will need to create a new reservation for the August 7-9, 2020 event dates. Do this through your Dashboard. As hotels adjust to our new event dates, you will continue to see additional hotels added to the inventory. If a hotel is not listed or does not show the dates you need you may Request a Block through EventConnect.

ALL NON-REFUNDABLE deposits paid during the booking process for June reservations will be available as a CREDIT towards the rescheduled event or a future booking on EventConnect’s private member Discount Booking Site which has hotel rates not available to the general public. This CREDIT will provide each individual with the flexibility to book ANY hotel for ANY date for all North American and International destinations – subject to availability.
