We are excited to have your interest in participating with NASSC 2022!

Prior to beginning your application, please review all of the following carefully. 

** All sponsors and vendors associated with your event and who wish to set up a display for sales, information, or promotions must be reported to us and approved by NASSC and the City of Virginia Beach. This includes food and merchandise sales or displays by your organization as well as others you wish to invite to our event. **


The information gathered through the online application is necessary for us in preparing for your event setup.  Be clear and complete in the information you provide.

In the event your setup needs change, you must notify us prior to deadlines posted.

You will be able to save your application before submitting.  Keep the link you are given when you “save” so you may return to the application to complete and submit it.

Saved applications which have not been submitted are not considered.  Deadlines apply.

Once you submit the vendor application, check for the confirmation email which should arrive in your inbox immediately.  KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.  It contains a link to view your application and other information,

SAVE copies of  all materials submitted to us for your records.

Materials due following submission of the application are outlined in the Vendor Information above. These materials should be submitted electronically to vendors@sandsoccer.com.


Sidekick sports events will be invoiced via email upon submitting application – the invoice is payable upon receipt.  Credit card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) – other payment forms are not accepted.

Please contact vendors@sandsoccer.com if you have not received an invoice within 7 days of submitting your application.
