NEW for 2017 – Team Contacts will supply their players with the appropriate link used to register with a team. All players must register online by May 31, 2017 for each team with which they intend to play.
Acceptance Packets were mailed the first week of May to the team contact at the postal address supplied at the time of the Team Application and will contain important information.
Rosters will be managed online by the Team Contact. See Roster Management & Player Registration Instructions included in Acceptance Packets mailed to Team Contacts. Please note teams may carry no more than 10 players. Exceptions are for U8, U9 & U10 Boys & Girls and Pro/Am ONLY - see rules. No other exceptions to roster size will be made.
Managers must verify date of birth of each player. For youth teams, no travel players allowed on Level 1 teams. Any team found to have played with an ineligible player, violating any registration criteria, shall have their games subject to forfeiture and not be eligible for any playoffs.

Team contact must bring TWO Copies of the team Roster to the team Registration/Check-In on Friday, June 9th, at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. You will print your online roster. See “Roster Management & Player Registration Instruction” for additional information and write-ins. Players added after May 31st will be required to download and complete the Release and Waiver of Liability form from this site for Team Contact to bring to Registration/Check-In along with the roster.
** The 2017 Release & Waiver of Liability Form is for use only by players who did not complete the online Player Registration on or by May 31st, 2017.
